The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, gives his thoughts on the forthcoming Conference in July '08. The decennial event 'has been a place where Bishops come to pray together, to read the Bible together and quite simply to help one another to be Bishops'.

  • Rowan Williams is one of the best Archbishops Canterbury has ever had. He obviously thinks deeply about a lot of things, especially in these difficults times in the Church of England

  • A most attractive speaker, and as a "run of the mill" member of of the Church of England I feel enriched by listening to the hopes expressed.
