I saw her do this great song as an encore at her Town Hall concert here in NY, 15 Sept 2008. Stupendous! Lila's the greatest - and puts on a great show. Her recordings do no justice to her overpowering stage presence.

I posted another cool performance of this song under Lila Downs Globalfest NYC Jan '07. She's got a brand new CD called Shake Away where she does an amazing version of Black Magic Woman with the great Raul Midon. It's definitely worth a listen. Thanks for the comment.
