This current Syrian president is quite weak. His father would not have tolerated such a thing.

I believe back in 1982 Reagan sent planes against Syrian positions and the Pres.Hafiz didn't sit and take it, he had one shot down.

I don't claim that Syria can seriously challenge the US air force, but the father would not have been so tolerant of all these American and Israeli air attacks.

Just so that people are aware - what ever this guy says he has no credibility - simply being in Iran does not someone omnipotent. This stooge has denied US involvement in the protests in Iran - moronic comment in the most extreme. There may well have been genuine sentiment - however denying the reality of the US involvement is simply absurd.

In so doing, in his attempt to sure up support for his idea of a "freer" Iran - he has completely de-legitimised himself.

So what are you saying? Maybe they were not helicopters but migrating birds that just look big because of the angle. Maybe no body was killed, it just something that somebody just said. Maybe reality isn't real, it's just something we;ve been told about.
