im like 4 hours from vegas and have a 11's TBSS. TBSS respond quite well to mods seeing how it is a LS2 engine in it and weighs 4550 so surprisingly not as heavy as you would think either

@jthomase88 if your near vegas, id love to race you. show some 11 second time slips if you have them. we agreed on a race. went from a dead stop, its a suv, its ok to be slow. v8 or not, anything can be fast.

I daily drive a 86 300ZX turbo.i raced a sstb yesterday from a stop.left him bad.my car new in 86 was rated at 200 hp.my car has a cone filter(not cold air), open downpipe, and a boost controller set at 9psi.tbss are slow.i was loaded up with half a tank, 2 tool boxes, car ramps, and car parts.im in vegas, so if there are any tbss owners in the area, challenges welcome.from a stop or roll.you pick.never ran it in the 1/4 but im guessing high 13

To Everyone comparing 4 bangers and v8's.... Why??

I have a 400whp 240sx and a 2006 tbss. Yes my 4 banger is faster but if i would have dumped that money in my ls2 it would b stupid fast...

You can make a 4 banger faster then a v8 but it wont b as reliable.. and i hate to say it i rather have a reliable fast car then have a 4 banger pushing the limits..

there r 700whp v8's daily driven... not to many 4 bangers doing that.....

an s2k isnt a ricer for one. for two they are two different vehicles designed for two different reasons. i have a 91 suburban and an ss would be a great upgrade if i could afford one. but i still like s2k's... just be cause you have a faster quarter mile time dosent make the other car a piece of shit just means it has more acceleration... people takes races far too seriously...
