Yeah I wouldn't doubt if those dorms were haunted. Alot of outside students dont know about the guy who broke in there and murdered some students. I think it was the 2nd or 3rd year after they were built or renovated? I can't remember but I think he ended up killing like 8 or 9 people I guess it was pretty bad. From what I hear they never found the guy but he painted some cult symbols on the wall like he was trying to copy the zodiac killer. There was never any othr killings in chico like tht
