Team MFH, MFH stands for Monkeys Flying High, Monkeys meaning we're playful and fun loving. Flying High meaning we're always aiming to become better; aiming to reach the top. Our goal is to entertain the people with our skills and inspire the youth to living a healthier and more positive lifestyle. MFH is diverse with different styles of martial arts such as Kickboxing, Wushu, Tae Kwon Do, Shaolin Kung-Fu, XMA, etc. MFH also performs gravity-defying stunts to leave the audience awe struck.
