This wild edible green grows wild in the Pacific Northwest. I include it in salads throughout most of the year. It has a nice mild flavor.

  • @BlackMAn2126 You know how to spell?

  • I love your garden, dithorsos~ My garden is similar, I think. I grow lots of wildish herbs. I have four young blueberry bushes. I got many because I read that they produce more fruit if both male and female plants are present. I don't know. I live in KY where lots of both warm and cool weather plants will grow, but it is tooooo wet here for cactus. You inspire me to make a video about my garden too because I think people need to see ANYONE with some dirt can GROW and APPRECIATE.

  • u KNOW HOW TO SPEK?

  • @dithorsos~ I love the videos! Wild Letttuce is great in a salad! I use it medicanally though by actually letting it go to seed then I dry & crumble the whole plant & the root & make cold water extraction tea. Just put many plants worth in a large bottle with ice water & shake it often over 48 hours. Be sure to strain it to keep the plant matter out of what you drink. It is good as a mild sedative for sleeplessness & restlessness! It doesn't taste very good, so add some sugar, honey & lemon/lime!
