If an engine has a tick, it is wise to get a topical treatment such as Revolution, etc.

i need this done to my 1994 crown vic P71, it burns a quart of 10w40 every week and 20w50 every 3 weeks, but the 20w50 was making it tick on morning start up so i went back to 10w40, i was wondering is this hard to do

how did you get that off with the master cylinder in the way?

that depends, if you have an open time and mind you can do it. start the work and email me if you need something.

it is little tricky, you just flip the cover and pull it to the front of the engine, also push the wiring harness to the firewall to fet more space., after i replaced the seals i made 2 practices of installing and removing of both covers.
