These are excellent for the wrist. Just use those plates with the handles. I'm using 45s and doing a hammer curl with a twist. As you can see latter in the video, it's a good idea to wear a cap LOL. These are easier than normal plate curls and don't use as much hand strength.
very cool - I've steered away from those type of plates, but now I think I'll pick-up a pair - thanks for sharing that!
