The Final Countdown: Cincinnati Cyclones Win Kelly Cup

The final :23.3 of Game 6 of the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals between the Cincinnati Cyclones and the Las Vegas Wranglers. The Cyclones defeated the Wranglers, 3-1, to clinch their first Kelly Cup in team history. It was the first professional sports championship that the city of Cincinnati had since the 1990 Cincinnati Reds.

i have never seen such a celebration for an ECHL team. is it cuz they don't have an NHL team in cincinati? plz tell me. this is awsome!

not only the fact that there is no NHL team in cincinnati, but there hasn't been a real winner in cincinnati professional sports since the 1990 world champion reds. with the reds not doing so hot and the bengals...well, being the bengals, the cyclones kelly cup championship was definitely refreshing for the city. but we do have u. of cincinnati football and xavier basketball with success on the collegiate level in the fall and winter.

i was there as i have been to most games the last two years. the clones play with heart and love the game. i enjoy them alot more than the reds or bengals. i hope this puts more fans in the seats next year. i was at the sunday afternoon game and there wasn't even 600 fans in the place. last night they had almost 13,000. almost felt like the gardens back in the early 90's. feels good to finally have a winning team here. go cyclones. see ya tommorow at the square.

Yeah, I can't believe people would want to go support a hockey team at game 6 when the cup is on the line... How dare people buy tickets to a hockey game. I just can't believe those fans. They should have a rule that only diehards can buy tickets. Then they'd only get 2000 fans at every playoff game and the team would make $0 profit. Then all the people who couldn't go to the game couldn't tell their friends, and the team wouldn't set playoff attendance records. You're a visionary, bellp7.

This was the night of my birthday!! What a great gift me and Cincinnati. Unbelievable!!!! Way to go Cyclones. And now we are on our way to a 2nd Kelly Cup Victory. Sweet
