This is an exert from the full one hour episode. The owner of The Granary turned to the programme for help as he was losing money fast. Although he knew what to expect, he clearly didn't like Ramsay's confrontational attitude and the two were at loggerheads for several days. Luckily, by introducing a more family-friendly and locally-sourced menu we were able to entice the local villagers back in - and the owner finally agreed that Ramsay's advice was worth listening to. Sadly, after the show was broadcast the restaurant was burned down in an arson attack, destroying not just the building but many people's livelihoods. It's a tragedy really, as the Granary team all worked very hard together to turn the business around.
