Isn't Reagan a hero to conservatives because he cut taxes, strengthen the military (including increasing funding), was instrumental in winning the Cold War, and helped the economy? Liberals hate Reagan for cutting the income and capital gains taxes and being president while upper and middle class people made money at a faster rate than lower class people. Those were good policies, so I guess that's why conservatives like him.

@gunterdak I'm comparing radio shows. The reason it's hilarious is because Sam Seder can't even compare his success to Rush's, yet here he is picking apart one interaction with a caller, out of the tens of thousands he's done, and portraying Rush as a blubbering idiot. The guy knows his stuff, he's been in radio for over 20 years, and, from a statistical viewpoint, is the most listened to radio host of all-time. What does that say?

When people do a real anaylsis of Ronald Reagan he is far from a good president. But he is the best they have to offer which isnt much. They cant tout out Eishenhower because he was pretty progressive and the last republican to have balanced budge.
