Three Barn Swallow Fledglings at IBRRC

June 3, 2008: When I arrived at IBRRC (International Bird Rescue Research Center)this morning, I was greeted with the tweets of the barn swallow family, whose nest is over our front door. The three babies have fledged!

I had my little Flip Video camera in my handbag, so I quickly took some pictures.

I raised a whole family of barn swallows after their nest was destroyed by a severe storm....it was one of the best experiences I'v ever had.
