Me too in the group of people who lost this long ago. I had a cassette that a bunch of great quawwalies but Sabri Brothers: this one, teri baatein hi sunane aaye, ab ke saal poonam me, din ek sitam ek sitam raat karo ho and I think one or two more. Does anyone know the name of that album? I would sooo love to get it again.

Maqbool Sabri at his best, one his best renditions of Gungroo is on his album "Awaargi" . Wonderful Man. Many Many Thanks.

What a shame that the uploader's brain development has limited to use of "fuk".

I used to listen this in the mid eighties on Vividh Bharati. This song has inspired many others like Pankaj Udhas etc. to copy it but no one has matched the talent of Sabri Brothers.
