Raistlin Majere Keifer Sutherland

Keifer Sutherland voices the archmage, Raistlin, in the upcoming animated movie, 'Dragons of Autumn Twilight'. (Fall 2007)

Just for fun, I mashed together some Raistlin images with a sound clip of Keifer's Jack Bauer character (from the tv series '24') doing a whispering voice reminescent of the Raistlin character. I think this is probably close to what Keifer's voice-work for the mage will be like. He's going to be awesome!

I will tell you what the REAL appeal of Raistlin was. WE RELATE TO HIM. All of us were picked on at some time, had sibling rivalry, watched with jealousy and envy as the bigger, stronger and more beautiful were loved, praised and recipients of all things good as we were tormented. Those that loved us always treated us like weak children. All we wished for was the power to split the earth in two and THEN they will RESPECT us.
