In this webinar, DNASTAR's Matt Keyser shows you how to assemble a novel strain of bacteria using a closely related reference sequence. The webinar includes a demonstration of how to select an appropriate reference using SeqMan NGen and then how to align against that template and use SeqMan Pro to automatically resolve the majority of structural variations and gaps.
