This is really a TRUE and sad story that I just had to place a little southpark humor into. In Tennessee, a four-year-old boy, beer in hand, has been accused of stealing presents from his neighbors. 4 year old boy takes a beer, goes to his neighbors, steals their Christmas presents, then walks down the street drunk WTF! He was trying to get in trouble to get arrested in order to visit his dad in jail for Christmas, VERY sad!
