  • I was born in a DC hospital, but live in Reston for all of my 30 years. I now live in Ohio. Watching this video made me smile and remember driving these roads many times. Thanks. Oh, and great travelling song choice.

  • @Boneclappers Thanks!

  • A fun drive through suburbia, nice job putting it all together, great song too!

  • @Freewayjim Thanks.... I wish that Fairfax County Parkway was a freeway in its entirety. They are going to reconstruct a decent chunk of it to Freeway standards starting in 2011 (from I-66 north to about a mile or so past US-50 in the Fairfax/Fair Lakes area) and also extened it past I-95 to Ft. Belvoir, but still way too many stoplights on it. There's also talk about building another expressway linking Prince William and Loudon counties. But I don't see that happening anytime soon.

  • Good vid!!...Very cool :)

  • @CAMINOANDALUZ Thank you!

  • Nice video. Where are you originally from?

  • I went to high school at McLean but I lived in Herndon. When I lived in Herndon I would go to Reston to go to Reston Town Center

  • I am re-shooting I-68 in Western MD this weekend. I already shot video of it a couple weeks ago but the results were terrible - I tried out a new camcorder and it was a total dissappointment.

  • @CosmoPhotography Thanks! Yeah I know, we really got nailed last Winter. We had that one in December and then two more big snowstorms in February. Hopefully we won't see another Winter like that for awhile.
