We will not find justice at the hands of corrupt judges. (See YouTube videos) Judicial Benefits & Court Corruption Update / Evil Triangle of Court Corruption / Richard fine / Dr Shirley Moore slush funds /SBX 211. To end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.

Too many people are blaming Ward and not enough people are blaming the board of regents who allow such charlatans to acquire tenure. Ward is a blithering idiot. No one denies that. But to hire this clown and let him spew his crap in a tax-payer funded classroom is a slap in the face to people who pay taxes. He has NO business teaching anything. He compares Indian reservations to Nazi concentration camps. I didn't know Auschwitz had casinos.

You sound like a moron trying to say that all of Africa is in terrible shape and that all of Africa is ran by Africans-French and European colonists ran many areas of Africa for years, some remain in power. Africa has many countries that aren't all run by the same people. Furthermore you sound silly saying that blacks blame all of their evils on whites. Some blacks are racists, some whites or racists...sorry if you didn't know that already.

Blacks in Somali and the continent of Africa have done a great job and making a successful country. Imagine if blacks had total control of America and we would be in the stone ages in five years or less.
-
sorry but to see some of you people spout out 'evil whites' do you really think you don't sound racists yourself? So you think all whites are racists? All whites from today put blacks in chains? All whites stole land from the indians? Get over it. You can't change the past, move on
-
ya..if blacks were in charge, oh ya..things would be sooo much better...just look at Africa now....frickin genius...
ya, blame all evils on whites, you're not a racist. You moron.

I love math. States are true or false, (or unprovable if you want to be technical), and you can't bull!@#$ it. The law at its best is like math. The law is what it is, and you can't BS it.

9th Am. says there are other Rights. Thats no the end of Churchill's argument. Human Rights can be found the form of ratified treaties. USA sometimes abides by International Law, Article 6 of the American Constitution says it should.
One of the fundamental INt Human Rights is "Dignity"-the celebration of the implementation of genocide takes away dignity.
Why is that hard to wrap your big academic smart university guy brain around?
MAYBE THIS VIDEO WOULD BE BETTER IF YOU ASKED THE RIGHT Qs.

read a book: the phrasing of individual liberties+freedom (whether enacted in real life or not) were direct offshoots of the Iroquis (haudenosaunee) confederacy. Theres a famous quote from Ben Franklin (in biggoted terms of course) regarding the then colonies inability to affectively organize vs the structure and authority shared within said iroquis confederacy. This whole situation stems from ppl's ignorance to refuse to praise mercenaries and malice. some ppl refuse2cmore than themselves
At the same type, I would probably say the early European seafarers to the America were really indifferent to the spreading of their diseases. Europeans had guns, horses and steel -- all for making advanced fighting weaponry. The indigenous American empires weren't really concerned with the moral questions when it came to conquest; The Europeans seafarers, led by the Catholic Church, used morality as a weapon of divine conquest.

Fair question. I think Columbus was both an accomplished man and a barbaric man, not altogether atypical of most seafaring explorers of his time. And it wasn't a behavior reserved for only Europeans, either. If you want to ban Columbus parades, you should ban any parade that celebrates America as an extension of that arguement.
