She has been cleared by one comission, while have been found guilty by another. One way or another she was involved in something fishy. HOWEVER, all politicians abuse power, including Clinton, Bush, Cheney, And so will Obama Biden, and so would Mccain. She claimed to be a reformer,"maverick"(B.S), while Obama claims to be a Anti lobbyist, with most of his contributions coming from corporations. Ha, Palin is such a JOKE. She was found guilty by a GOP/Democratic legislative board, and then, arrogantly says, she's innocent. Then, she files an ethics charge 'against herself' on the Personel Board, whose members SHE APPOINTS, and low and behold, on the eve of the election, they find her innocent of all charges.

Your're right about the moral implications, but she DID break the law. Of equal concern is that the woman has the audacity to state at a news conference that the investigation was partisan, when the investigative body was both non-partisan and made up of mostly Republications. As for her claim, in the face of a report that clearly said she violated Alaska ethics laws, that she was cleared of any legal wrongdoing, I can only assume that the woman is a pathologocal liar.
