i feel Anwar underachieved. In the early 90's, a mystery illness halted his career until 1996. There was no better timer of the cricket ball than this man.

I'm an Indian, and I admit that he was the batsman I have been most afraid of ...I still remember how much afraid we used to be when a match between India-paki when he took stance on the crease and looked at our bowlers Javagal Sreenath, Prasad, kumble and others....an emazing flamboyant batsman, and definitely he is a great batsman

just tell me so according to u if he didnt had played those kind of inngs where he fought lone battles and surrender like others did and then had more match winning % then he would be more better player ROFL.... at ur cricket knowledge...

@MrKoolman85 yes he was really selfish in all these matches because he was fighting lone battles for team intigrity... which no other player has guts to do that... just provide me single match anwar won againt SA... his HS is 42 not even single 50 ROFL...

anwar has just 1 century against aus lols.. sachin has 9 and india won 7 , just provide any player who has even score half of that much centuries...
