Are you joking? Girls will never change. To get slim they starve.

Many do, no question, but I know that many are also embracing exercise. The feeling of vitality is great!

Yeah, but more important than exercise is nutrition. I go to the gym 4 times a week and see many girls and women do cardio. But they don't lose fat.

Of course exercise is important for health. I also nearly never see somebody doing stretching what is also important. But I don't live in the USA but in Europe in Austria.

I also realised that 45 mins of jogging are better than 3 hours on a crosstrainer and a bike.

I HATE cardio. I've always liked the feel of the weight and the challenge of it. The power od what I can do later and how my body looks over time. I see cardio as icing and not the cake. I agree on the nutrition issue, but that's everyone, especially in the US. I can't tell you how many times someone at a job has remarked to me "Oh, eating healthy today" so I'd ask, well why is that a rarity in your mind? Should it be rare or a norm?

I only hate boring cardio but I like jogging. The best way to get rid of some fat. Sometimes I do intervall training. Some meters jogging some meters running.

It is half past 1 must go to bed now. To stay handsome. Cu
