Are you into mixing blends, or as Kevin, you prefer not to? My longest video ever, but keep in mind, it was the two of us.

Thanks for that, an intersting Video of the two of you, fun watching :-)

I am fully with Kevin in all aspects. Besides that, I would be afraid mixing it up with a bad result which leaves two good single blends in the trash can. Especially in Korea an idea which gives me nightmares ;-) for blends i would dump anyway I could consider this though....

@OTooleRules well.... then, let me rephrase it, if you have tried a dish in a place, and they cook with a lot of garlic, would you ask to tone it down? I used to ask to my fav pizza place to put a lot of more olives in mine! Cheers!
