@reallyletsdoit I'm drinking 1.5L(don't know how much that is in Oz) a day + the water in all food. I eat 200g of protein since that's what mostly recommend when being in my weight(spread out ofc!). I'M LOOKING FORWARD FOR BJJ! :D(thanks for your reply!)

@TheSupernegern From personal experience i would like to give you a few more underrated but very important tips. 1. Drink a ton of water, if you are dehydrated you can lose up to 15% of your strength, thats a ton when lifting weights. Also make sure to have whey protein after your workout. Lastly, start BJJ. Its really fun and though your already in good shape i garuntee it will get you in better shape...you will gain muscular endurance and learn a very valuable self defense. Best Wishes :)

@TheSupernegern Hey your muscle mass depends on what age and shape you are in, how old are you? As long as you eat enough protein and overall calories, as long as lifting heavy weights a 2-3 times a week you wont lose any muscle...ive been doing jiu jitsu for over 3 months and lifting weights and have actually been able to gain a few pounds of muscle. Also, for your choke question, yes they will pass out before they die..and remeber the chocke isnt the only thing their are many other joint locks

why havent they made any new videos yet?
-
@TheSupernegern yea, i go to both jiu-jitsu and gym, you have to really pick which is more important to you though, like i go to the gym to help my jiu-jitsu
-
@TheSupernegern I don't know man, I don't live in the USA so I don't know any gyms. But always make sure you find more then 1 gym, get a trial lesson an pick the gym that you liked the most, sometimes a gym got a style that you wont like.
