ok ive seen so many videos like this tonight and ive come to the conclusion if your going to have kids, then you should work around each others schedules so you dont need a babysitter ever. if not then maybe you shouldnt have kids. this would be a prime example as to why. i have 2 myself and they have NEVER had a babysitter once. fuck that i wont be risking my childs life.

@charlottebaby3 THIS IS ALWAYS EASIER SAID THAN DONE....i have 3. the 4 year old and 1 year old are fine.my 2 month old was babysat 2 days a week for 3 hrs. AND IT LANDED HER IN THE HOSPITAL as of NOV 1 2011 with SEVERE BRAIN TRAUMA- broken legs and ribs.as a result she has a feeding tube and a trach.today is JAN 8TH 2012 she is stil in the hospital..THE BABYSITTER IS A FIRST COUSIN--with a 9 yr old daughter..SITTTER DOESNT WORK. so i dont see how she was angry enough to beat my baby

@JUNEBUG754 I see your point, but see mine, fuck the video, this is a real life example: If any nanny really cared about the kid she was looking after, that person has a responsibility to help that child. wether it be homework or punishing them for playing on the stove, she is obligated to it.

@Supersneed1000100 we know it's not abuse but this is a little baby for crying out loud!! the baby could get hurt, they are more fragile than adults! babies have needs and yes people get stresses and yell at their kids but this baby cannot speak therefor she could not tell her what she wanted spanking the baby only makes things worse so yes she should get in trouble! nannies are suppose to take care of kids and help them learn not hurt them!
