I drive a 2010 Wolfsburg built Golf. I've also owned a 1997 Mexican produced Jetta (also high quality, if dull) and a Wolfsburg built 1969 Beetle.

I had a 20 year old Honda. I had this vehicle for 12 years and I replaced the ignition switch/water pump. I had a Volkswagen for 3 years and I replaced the starter 2 times, alternator, oil pan, sensors, many electrical problems. Honestly, I thought the Volkswagen was inferior to the Honda built in Japan.
