The Color Purple national tour opens in Los Angeles at the Ahmanson Theatre on December 16, 2007. Oprah Winfrey presents this Broadway musical based on the novel by Alice Walker.
Cast includes:
Jeannette Bayardelle as Celie
Felicia P. Fields as Sophia
LaToya London as Nettie
Michelle Williams as Shug Avery
Rufus Bonds, Jr. as Mister
Stu James as Harpo
