The Mafia Is Trashing Italy... Literally (Part 1)

In the city of Naples, Italy, the Mafia has controlled the waste-management industry for decades -- dumping and burning trash across its rolling hills and vineyards. In 1994, the European Union declared the situation an official environmental emergency, and things have only gotten worse since then. When we investigated the situation we found mutated sheep, poisoned mozzarella, alarming rates of cancer, and pissed off farmers ready to push back against the Camorra, Italy's most powerful and dangerous criminal organization (and the government that enables it).

Composting kitchen scraps, separate Glass, metal and plastics. Build a high efficiency incinerator. Drop off your waste once a week to the incinerator and no more trash pickups. Delivery trucks can also pick up some packing for reuse.

to reassert the facts; to equate the population of britain in the 1900's with the 'anglo-saxons' is a complete anachronism, it ignores both the debate regarding the post-roman settlement of britain; the scale and extent to which those migrations from frisia, justland etc. were absorbed into the extant populous and migrations to britain in the 1000+ yrs since the immediate post roman settlement.
