http://astore.amazon.com/inmotion0f-20 I love this machine that's all I can say about it. It is quiet, it doesn't hurt my knees, it comes with a 25 minute workout. I think it is a perfect addition to any home gym.

  • i have been curious what an eliptical really does. all the reviews i have read seem to say it is for cardio, but have you personally noticed a difference in weight loss using it? thank you.

  • @TheDamsl76 Hi. I think the ellipticals at the gyms are for cardio, but I could never use them they hurt my knees. This one doesn't hurt my knees, it gets my heart pumping, and I think it is doing more toning than causing me to lose weight. For me personally, the only way I will lose weight is to eat less lol, but I have been maintaining the weight that I have lost probably bcz I use this and the this other machine of which the name escapes me right now.

  • Just got mine, easy to assemble.

To answer the last question: 250 lbs weight limit, stated in the user's manual.

I got a good sweat on, my first try, on a 15-min run.

Weight-loss occurs when you combine eating healthy with a good exercise routine which includes cardio (this is cardio). At higher tension settings, you will get a good cardio workout with this in 15-25 minutes (target heart-rate).

  • Hi just wondering if you and your family are losing weight on this compact elipitical??

    Thanks so much

  • Great video! Have you used it standing up? I use the elliptical at the gym but would love something small and compact for at home. I am afraid the range of motion will limited and I wont feel like I am working as hard as I should. I dont know if that makes sense! Anyway, are you still using it and if so what do you think about it?

  • Should not a professional informercial (or aspiring) advertise the best that they can? At least have their female models using the equipment to attire themselves nicely, (not sexually), especially, their footwear: a nice black or white high top sneakers/tennis shoes, thick white ankle socks and a modest shorts or skort. This would look clean and enhance the video.

  • Would this be a good machine for under the desk at an office? If so, do you think it would work while sitting in a normal office chair with wheels (it is on office carpet)?
