I wish I could have done this with my mom, i didn't know what I know now and I could have helped her cause she had a lot of health problems due to her weight but I am glad that you are introducing good stuff to your mom, it's blessing.

Thanks Klimatik! I wouldnt've guessed the whole healthy living thing could be this cool until I started experiencing it for myself! It is fun and has been since just deciding to get into it!
