For China's National Day, called Guo Qing Jie ( 国庆节), I had a week-long holiday. I took an overnight train up to Hangzhou to spend 5 days with Chen Lin's family, and then spent 3 days exploring Shanghai... Solo. It was definitely an adventure, with many new friends and stories along the way.
