  • I am pretty far removed from the process, having studied abroad about two years ago. However, from what I remember there was a study abroad general orientation and study abroad engineering orientation for the second semester (February through end of May). Hope this helps

  • You would have to contact HKU about that question. I have little experience with HKU or study abroad for more than one semester. Sorry.

  • Thanks for the video! I'm thinking of studying abroad there next year. I was wondering, is there any kind of orientation offered during the winter/spring term? I thought I read somewhere that there was an engineering orientation offered in the fall, but not for the second semester.

  • oh yeah and can you study abroad at HKUST for a full 4 year academic term?

  • I would like to apply to HKU and study abroad for 4 years, full term. what are the general requirements for an undergraduate in the US?

  • do u recommend it for a full time 3 year international program ?

  • Haha Ben, I just found this haha! Sweet!

hey I'll be at HKUST in the fall as well. I'll see you there.

  • hey I'm doing engineering at HKUST next Fall (wish I could stay for Chinese New Year, but I don't think I can miss two quarters here at UCSD electrical engineering :[ )

Do you have any idea how easy it might be to get a single room? Also how's the campus food and commute time to other places in HK?
