【材料】:豬梅花肉2斤、砂糖1碗、麥芽膏1/3碗、生抽半碗、紅蔥頭5個(約25g)、鹽1又1/2大匙、高梁酒1大匙、香油1大匙、海鲜酱1大匙、芝麻酱1大匙、甜麵­醬1大匙
【做法】:
1、梅花肉切成條狀、紅蔥頭切碎。
2、再將紅蔥頭、生抽、酒、糖、鹽、芝麻醬、海鮮醬、甜麵醬、香油拌勻後再放入梅花肉以及排骨;放入冰箱冰冷藏2小時。
3、烤箱以200度的溫度預熱10分鐘。
4、烤盤先舖上錫箔紙、烤架刷上少許油後,把梅花肉、排骨放上移到烤箱中,先烤20分轉面再烤20分後取出。
5、麥芽膏加水煮成麥芽水後,刷上烤好的五花肉上即完成「叉燒肉」。
