Tai Chi Chuan. Yang Style Long Form Second Set. My teacher learned this style from the famous Marshall Ho at the National Marshal Arts Academy in Aspen Colorado in 1978. He says he has not changed anything. Tai Chi should be performed more slowly than I have demonstrated here. The speed was because of limited battery power in the camera. I haven't been practicing very long and any comments are more than welcome.

  • My girlfriends signature :) I'm currently traveling but when I get a chance to practice a lot more I'll make more videos with out fingers.
