I made this today fro the first time and

I loved it thanks im slowly getting back on the raw wagon. This was a great boost after a over indulged christmas.

You are adorable! I use a Blendtec (watch will-it-blend on youtube, hilarious!) to grind up my veggies and use a cheap polyester paint straining bag that can be bought at any hardware store to take out the pulp. Initially i tried drinking it as a thick smoothie but it was WAAAAY too much fiber...yikes.

i also got reeeeally bored juicing so when my juicer broke recently i started doing this and adding a bit of premade herbal brew (ho shou wu, reishi, shizzandra berry etc etc etc) to give extra kick, double bonus !
