Here are 2 Killer Sandbag Core Exercises using Josh Henkin's Ultimate Sandbags.
They key on both is to keep your core tight throughout so there is no flexion, extension or rotation of the lower back.
For a great 4-minute abs workout, try pairing up these exercises up in a 20-10 Tabata Interval protocol.
If you want to go for more max power, use a modified Tabata interval of 15-15 or 10-20.
Focus on driving each movement with your hips, not your arms ;)
