Hi Everybody, I'm Noreen and welcome to my kitchen!

I am excited to have been invited to be an instructor for the new website PowHow.com.

I will be giving live, online cooking classes! We will be able to accommodate 12 students at a time maximum for each class and all you need to have is a webcam with a microphone and an internet connection.

Classes will be listed soon and I hope that you will come and join me so that we can cook and learn with each other.

Cooking is my passion, as important as my family and it is one of the things in life that makes me happy. I think that everyone should know how to cook at least one thing that they love because good food is good for the soul. Good food can break barriers and help us understand each other, even if it is just for one meal.

I recently thought about a philosophy that I really like. Life is short so we should savor every morsel and every moment. Eat well and you will live well.
