When I switched the cracked lcd from my toshiba equium a80-132 with a working one, it didn't work, it only lights up slowly showing no image. The working one does work and I tried it on an Acer 290LMi and displays perfectly. What am I doing wrong? Both screens are Lg.Philips LP150X08 (A3) same construction date too. Take in consideration that if the cable or inverter of the toshiba were damaged, they wouldn't show an image on the toshiba with the damaged screen.
