This is a short, quiet video in which I tip endpapers onto six books. It is especially important that the grain of the endpapers runs parallel to the spine. That way when you case the book in, as the paste will make the paper expand, it will expand toward the fore edge. Expansion always moves parallel to the grain. You want any expansion to run toward the fore edge, if the expansion runs toward the head and tail you run the chance of wrinkled end papers on the board as the paper expands against a fixed edge ( spine).
