+1 for what mojoquilt said. I really like John and RHCP, but his cover of one of my favorite R.E.M. songs ever is simply awful. Check out the live version by R.E.M. You can feel Michael Stipe's pain.

i'm sure this son has deep meaning for him and he's singing very truthfully, ut really, i couldn't listen to it all the way through. heroin mumbling, out of tune screaming, played too fast to capture the original's brilliant pleading despair,. It is certainly art, but it isn't nice to listen to

@4eyedCyclopes I don't know the guy and I also don't care if he has played with RHCP. I say what I see and what I see is that this is a really amateur version! However, I am not saying he sucks! He is good but as I said before way exaggerating!!!

Mate nothing personal but you are acting way too much and you are playing it way too fast. I don't think this cover is as good as other people say but if you drop the exaggeration and the screaming/crying you have the voice to sing it the right way. You might say this is your version but still to me it sounds amateur and you sound like you want to finish with the song as soon as possible. Cheers
