Detangled: Black Women and Hair

This is a super short documentary film I did for school. I'm an anthropology major at The University of Florida, Gainesville (Go Gators!!!) I'm a graduating senior, with plans to attend graduate school and obtain a Ph.D in Cultural Anthropolgy, specializing in ethnographic research and documentary film.

Nappy hair here! And I love it! Not jealous of anyone's hair. Don't get me wrong, every race of women has beautiful hair. However, this doesn't mean that I am envious of them. I can appreciate all hair types.
