You can replace the spaces that doors occupy with platforms. You can walk through them and never have to open them, it saves wood, and you can make slightly smaller homes. That last one's because the extra spaces that open doors occupy can count against the amount of space within a house.

Using platforms in the corruptions pits would allow you to grapple up to them and provide a place to stand on. I never thought of using harpoons on the eye, though - nice job!

a better way to fight the eater (since u will run out of spicy balls) is to put a block on both sides of u and fire a ball of hurt at the eaters head
