@BDavisOutdoors Make sure the spring is intact. When looking at the face of the yo yo, will rotating it clockwise produce spring tension? Cut 10' of 60 lb test twisted nylon line. Tie one end to the spool of the yo yo. Wrap the line around the spool until there's only a few inches of line left. Thread the end of the line through the trigger mechanism and tie a swivel onto the terminal end. Pull about 1 ft of line out, hold spool with thumb, then wrap line around spool, then release.

@ttenni Hey man i found an old yoyo in my shead that was my grandpaws and it has no string in it and i cant figure out how to replace it. i need help lol
do you think if i used thin paracord would that help with absorbing the tug and pull stress on the yoyo
