Have you ever been in the situation or know someone who was in a burning house and had problems to find their way out? Or can you imagine that it could be difficult to find the way out with all the smoke?
The answer is surely yes.

Wouldn't that be better? Instead of having to talk so fast?

This type of low level guiding light is already in use by airlines and cruise ships. He isn't providing anything new. And he spent his entire pitch spewing corporate buzz words. Fail!

How do you know which way the light is pointing? The woman in the video crawled immediately to her left...but there is no way for her to know which way she should go other than memory and disorientation could make this impossible. There is validity to the idea, though something is missing.
