Wow, I had never thought of or heard of a 40k to Star Wars conversion O.o' This might be a good idea to make a Space Hulk type game with the SW maps :).

Earthshaker:Lysander may choose to do earthshake instead of attacking,
this is a splash attack that does 50 damage to all models within 3 squres of Lysander.
Inhuman Speed:A team with Lysander Always seizes the Inititive as long
as Lysander is alive.
his stats are the following, hp 200, attack +18, defense 25, damage N/A (see the fist of dorn) pts 200 and his flavour text says "One More Day For Rogal Dorn!"

Melee Attack:Lysander can only do damage to adjacent models.
"One More Day for Rogal Dorn!":Once per game, even if you are
removing him from the table as a casulty, Lysander may regain
all of his lost health.Running Attack: Lysander may make his bounes attacks from "
Quadrupal Attack" Regardless of if he moved or not.
Quadrupal Attack: Lysand may make four attacks insead of one if he is
standing still.
Dareing Charge: The turn Lysander enters Close Combat he gets two
extra attacks.

The abilities are the following:
Terminator Armour: A model with Terminator Armour can choose
to try to negate all damage done to him by makeing a 9+ save.
Furthermore a model with Terminator Armour move only 3 spaces
a turn 6 if he runs.The Fist of Dorn: All wounds Inflicted By Lysander Automaticly
kill regardless of any saves.
Iron Halo:All damage done to Lysander is reduced by 10.
Storm Sheild:All damage done to Lysander in melee is reduced by
10
