Meaning you tried to used a strawman -a logical fallacy in which you blow up a small portion of factual information in order to easily knock it down- to try to reduce the impact of my comment. Sarah asked for proof that Africa was a continent. I realized my mistake after it was pointed out and attempted to change it, but ran into someone who can't let small things go.
