i figure skate And i've had some falls like that its not easy.Some people say that its easy but its not at all. And trust me falling like that hurts but to get up and continue hurts even more.

@MikeyFlorida It's rather disturbing that you are pleased to see others hurting. I, on the other hand, actually have compassion in my heart and feel their sorrow and humiliation and hurt when they hurt. I praise them for their courage to go out there on the ice in front of thousands and skate their heart out. If it were me, I couldn't do it.

If you feel like you're about to fall, try to fall face first and bend your knees, hold your hands out in front of you (with elbows bent a little bit) and try to fall on your shins and a little bit on your knees (not completely, or you'll turn purple). If you still slip, try to keep your arms/hands out and take the small little fall and land on your forearms.
