@chevon1920 speaking as a Mexican, I too think the best Guac includes cumin, jalapeno tomato and garlic.

thanks for the post! Both look very d-lish-us. However, the double tasking is a bit much for me. Forgetting which is what for, guac or peek.. Halfway through Id probably pour milk and cereal in one. Not too sharp. Looks delicious though.

Why, dear GOD WHY are you putting all of that crap into the guac. All you need is avocado, lime juice, salt and RED, please, RED onion. It looks like you are using a yellow or white onion, that won't do at all. And also if people don't like cilantro then they shouldn't eat pico de gallo because its not for them. That's all i have to say.

You can leave them out, or use shallots, scallions or even chives. Each will give it a different flavor, but still pretty good with that bite you want.
