Many of MCR's songs from the first two albums can have singular meanings but they are all also put into the "story of a man, woman and the corpses of a thousand evil men". This song is merely about when the woman passed away, later on in songs like Thank You For The Venom, it's about the man murdering people, he has to kill 1000 evil men in order to see the woman he loves again. It's complex, I know. But as I said all the songs have a singular meaning like Helena and Honey.. from the 1st album..

Everyone that said it's not about pregnancy, Gerard Way (who wrote it) has said himself that it's about "getting knocked the f*** up". Although lyrics are about interpretation and they can mean whatever makes sense to you, the writer means it about teen pregnancy :)
