The Avon Quads are very very good imo :))) theyre pigmented but you can build on them or make them lighter if you want

Urban Decay ? My only complain about their eyeshadow palettes : too much glittery ones... But the quality and the pigmentation of them are fantastic !!!

Personally I use strobe cosmetics it's long lasting,bright, not tested on animals,they have vegan choices and I've used Mac before but I just adore strobe cosmetics it's better than Mac to me
